For the past couple of days I've been having constant BSODs, sometimes during boot, sometimes after login, sometimes completely randomly. At the moment, I have been able to use the computer for around 40 minutes with no crashes, and am trying to install a repair version of windows.
Looking at reliability monitor, the crashes happened right after a windows app runtime 2 update completed successfully. I have now installed a previous version and for now it seems to be more stable.
I have done a complete reinstall of windows, and have tried to follow the advice on this forum. I have enabled automatic system registry backup. I will be running memtest86 overnight. Windows memory test did not show any problems.
