taskbar disappeares for a bit

not sure whats going on. at times when i click
on a icon on the taskbar. my mouse go's to a hourglass
and the icon never opens up for about 1 minute or so.
then the taskbar disappeared and it comes back up again.
and everthing is fine till it dose it again. most of the
time the only thing running is the video (some movies)
i have tested my memory (32 gb) and thats all good
also did a full virus scan .{all ok} so i'm asking
for some help if someone could please. i'm thinking
its a system bug .but i'm not sure.thanks for your
time / help with this mattor.

Hi and welcome to the forum. What version & build of 11 Pro are you running. You can find it by opening command prompt and typing winver

Have you installed any third party app that alters your GUI? (ie explorerpatcher, start11, etc) If so, please uninstall it to see if the issue goes away.

Check to see if some software conflict is cause in the problem by using clean boot. If it doesn't happen in clean boot, it points to software conflict. Make sure you have no corrupt system files that is causing this problem. Open a command prompt as administrator and type sfc /scannow
Pay attention to the scan results to see if SFC found anything it could not repair. If it found corruption it could not fix followup with this command (note the spaces)
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Restart computer
