When burning a Win-11 ISO to a flash drive, it's convenient and even expedient to use Rufus, and take all of it's Options.
That removes all the built in hardware checks, also called compatibility checks. And what you wind up with is a nice clean OS, ready to install and be enjoyed.
I just checked my own BIOS date this morning, and it's 4/23/2013. Gee Dad, that was over ten years ago, and Windows 11/Pro/64 is running just Great on this (comparatively) old PC.
I'll never understand, why so many folks have so much trouble understanding this concept.
If there is something that MS put in Windows that is bugging you, then remove it!!

Well, there is nothing that has been removed from any of my Win-11 installs that has ever caused me any problems.
In FACT, Win-11, without all the added crapola, runs even better, and it purrrrs a lot, rather than growling.

You have the right cleaning solution for that, Magemeister. Dissolves that sticky gunk and rinses it right out of the system.

My installs are always Clean, Lean and Mean. And that's how I like to run my computer.
To keep it clean I wrote my own Cleanup.bat program (DOS Batch File) that gets rid of all the temporary crap from both Edge and Firefox and then cleans out a bunch of misc. junk holders. It even empties the Recycle bins from all four of my drives.
Then at the end it gives me a nice little report.

That's 100k+ of junk files that I and Win-11 won't have to worry about, or deal with, ever again.
And I run this batch file several times a week, every week. Its shortcut icon is on my desktop.

Start off clean and keep it clean, that's my M.O. (method of operation).
(Honestly, I've taken service calls on PC's that had just quit working because of an Overload of junk.)

Installing Win-11 is so very simple, , , I don't understand why some folks have such a time with it.
It's only a three step process! Only two programs are required,,, Rufus and the Win-11 ISO.

And, of course, it helps if you have an available Flash Drive and a suitable HD.

I have to say I love that no-nonsense look of the GUI. Zero glitz. Cuts to the chase. Over a hundred thousand files purged. Very nice.

I also have to say I've seen a few PCs in my day that are just crammed full to the point of system failure because of junk files and old Windows Updates and such. I recall one user bringing a PC to me and saying it's full. I told them I could clean it up but they said they'd rather buy a new PC than pay me to clean it. I was going to do it for them for free but they weren't having it. "No, it's full", he said. "You want it?". So my little girl got to play with a Sony VAIO for a couple of years getting acquainted with Win XP.

That PC really was full. I had to strip off the files with another PC first and then factory reset the thing. It was a job. lol Plus I didn't have the VAIO discs for it so I had fun. I probably could have used this back in the day. Good job!

Ancient History:
Windows ME had the bad habit of creating some kind of backup file every time it booted up.
Unlike the Windows registry they would never go away. I got a call from a Dr. once, where his PC was full of those crazy backup files and he couldn't save anything.
I gave him a bootable Floppy Disk with my cleanup routine on it, to delete all of those old backup files. I started up his PC with the boot disk, and went home. I told him to call me when the program finished. TWO days later, he called, and I told him to remove the floppy disk and reboot his PC normally. Job done!

Fortunately, today we have System Restore which can be set to only save just so many System Restore files, then the oldest ones start dropping off into the ol' bit bucket. Success with System Restore depends on the person who sets the limits for System Restore. Unfortunately, so few people know how to do that.

Windows ME also had System Restore but I don't recall it having limited restore points. You could however limit the amount of drive space it took up. My own Sony VAIO that came with ME also had System Restore. When I tried to switch over my restore points to the "D" partition of my huge 80GB hard drive to save space it was BSOD time. As much as I find the idea of floppy drives endearing I don't miss those older IDE mechanical hard drives in the least. SATA made life so much easier.
