Unable to connect to internet in some apps

In windows update I get error encountered retry, uniget, smart screen, MS office etc can't connect to internet for some reason, browsers can though, I can't connect via windows update but I can DL from catalog and update

Since October 4
Latest Windows 11 26h2 with all browsers, software, OS up to date
I'm using Atlantharden script from 3 months
Is some setting breaking network connections?
Latest discord is also unable to connect after installing latest verison, I tried all versions of it too including older ones
Now I'm in pinch as I can't do even repair install as windows update gives error

It can't be simply turned off, it has various settings, I tried disabling crytography,tls, ssl related ones but still same

How about resetting TCP/IP protocol suite with batch script i have attached to this post hopefully it will help.

tried lot Still no luck also I didn't modify any setting after oct 2, internet started acting weird from 3 oct

According to the company: The Fix: Do not attempt to fix individual registry entries by hand. Launch the main AtlantHarden Desktop Tool interface. If that doesn't work, I'd say at this point, it's time to back up your files and perform a clean install.
