I went to "www.catalog.update.microsoft.com", entered KB5015814 in "Search" box, then downloaded the specific file (4 choices given: 2 for Windows 11 and 2 for Windows 10) and installed update with no problems! Had encountered the 0x80073701 error code on several failed tries prior to this successful update.
