What is {6D40BDAD-BF13-535B-BC3B-EEEE65B1D745}?

So yesterday I downloaded a game from a content creator which was made in tyrano builder via mega upload.
Now my event viewer occasionally drops this message: The server {6D40BDAD-BF13-535B-BC3B-EEEE65B1D745} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.
When I search for that clsid, it does show up but with no app name.

I have no idea what it is. I read it could be related to Windows Passport but I can't be too sure. I've also read randomly generated clsid's could be malware. Is there a way to diagnose this?

The "server did not register with DCOM within the required timeout" (Event ID 10010) error means a Windows program or service took too long to start up and communicate via Distributed COM. In most cases, if your computer runs normally, this is a non-fatal background log entry that requires no action.

I understand that but how do we know if it is even from windows?
I was able to find my computer made a windows update save spot on that day before I downloaded the game, so I guess maybe whatever windows did that day might have influenced the creation of this clsid?
