Thanks, Shawn. I have confidence that the Surgeons will remove the clots in my arteries. The problem will be if they push the clots down instead of get rid of them, that will determine the outcome. They’re using ballons and stents to open the artery back up.

All the while, I can’t help but feel terrible for our lovable member @Wisewiz who we lost last month. So with that in mind, I am doing just fine 🙏

Operation was incredible. Bored out the artery and broke up the blockages, a couple of stents. No appendages lost. No after pain. Being released.

this may not be the thing for you but i have problems with my legs
too much sitting down driving as a professional driver.

so i purchased a 'Reid' bicycle and started cycling hard, very hard at first and just a mile or so a day
but after a couple of months the improvement in my legs has been wonderful.

as stated it might not be your thing but glad the operation went well.

When I was in High School the other students would smoke regular cigarettes. Today most teenagers vape since smoking is considered outdated. Little they know that vaping is also harmful for their health. The liquid may not contain all the dangerous chemicals of a regular cigarette, but it contains other dangerous chemicals. Some may argue they vape for the taste without nicotine. It makes little difference, it is still harmful. I consider a nargile (aka hookah or shisa) with molasses of various fruit scents (not tobacco) less harmful than vaping if you just want the taste. Of course you should not overdo it, just an hour per week or less, or you might develop respiratory problems.

glad to hear it.

I know many who switched to vaping and several years after being diagnosed with copd it hasnt got any worse.

If they had continued smoking it would get worse and eventually fatal.
