I've used both and chose Copilot because my use is almost entirely for Windows technical questions. It seems that Copilot's access to Windows technical documentation makes a difference. I've been studying the two-volume set of Microsoft Windows Internals and am halfway through Mark Price's book "C# 14 and .NET 10", keying in and studying all the examples using Microsoft Visual Studio 2026. Copilot has been invaluable in helping me understand what I'm learning.
