windows 11 22H1 to 22H2 update failing repeatedly

ok..so i just delete the appraisseres.dll file and then update offline...am i right

You delete the file and you replace it with an empty fake appraiserres.dll file. If it is missing it will fail. Also you disconnect from the internet.

Yes you can do that for a year and then some applications will start asking for a newer Windows 11 version to upgrade or you are stuck with the old version of the application. At first you may get away with it but eventually the old version won't be enough for your needs and you will be forced to upgrade.
