This process seems to have fixed random rebooting on it's own issue. It's been days since I repair install and no reboots. Fingers crossed."Host process for Windows Services", should never stop working.
svchost.exe is one of the main Windows programs. It pretty much runs everything.
The Event Viewer can be found by right clicking the Start button and choosing: Event Viewer.
IF you decide it's a Windows problem, you might want to try an In-Place upgrade.
This will fix most all Windows problems.
Repair Install Windows 11 with an In-place Upgrade
This tutorial will show you how to do a repair install of Windows 11 by performing an in-place upgrade without losing anything. Here is the short version of the In-place upgrade tutorial...
DISABLE non-Microsoft:
a) antivirus software
b) firewall software
c) drive encryption software
Make a full OS backup with a program like Macrium Reflect (free)
Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free
Go here and get the Windows 11 ISO (use the 3rd option), and save the ISO to your desktop.
Download Windows 11
View attachment 15746
Right click the ISO image and choose: MOUNT
Open File Explorer and you will see a new drive letter. It will look like a DVD optical drive.
Double click the new drive letter to open it.
Find setup.exe and double click it to start the in-place upgrade.
Choose the Keep personal files and apps option.
After it's all done... to UNmount the ISO image, right click the new drive letter and choose: EJECT.
The ONLY thing you will lose is some of your personalizations. Your programs and data will be intact.

Regarding your question, I am unable to find the driver link on the article, what I found is that it suggests installing Driver 30.0.101.1122. The latest driver available on the Intel download center is version 30.0.101.1069.
If you want to install the latest graphics driver from Intel, I suggest you do a clean installation of the latest graphics driver.
1. Disconnect from the internet to make sure the driver will not be automatically updated by Windows
2. Download the latest DCH drivers and save them on the computer:
3. Disconnect from the Internet so no new drivers are automatically installed by Windows Update.
4. Uninstall the driver and the Intel Graphics Command Center and driver from Apps and Features.
5. Restart the computer.
6. Confirm in Device Manager > Video Adapters the controller is listed as 'Microsoft Basic Display Adapter' > if not, repeat steps 2 through 4.
7. If the adapter continues to be listed as ‘Intel HD Graphics’ or similar, and no other Intel Graphics driver is listed under 'Apps and Features' for removal, then it means Windows has switched to a previously installed Legacy driver. At this point we can remove Legacy drivers from Device Manager:
1. Right-click on 'Intel HD Graphics' or similar, and select 'Uninstall Device'
2. In the pop-up window make sure 'Delete the driver software for this device' is checked.
3. Click on 'Uninstall'.
4. Restart. (Repeat steps 6.1.1 through 6.1.4 until the device gets listed as 'Microsoft Basic Display Adapter')
8. Install the DCH drivers that were downloaded on step 1 Restart the computer.
Reconnect to the Internet.

My girlfriends PC turns off and back on randomly throughout the day. My PC I have double monitors side by side and my right(2nd) screen flickers off then on after a couple seconds. Dont know why? Mine did the same thing on Windows 10. So either they havent fixed it yet cause I know alot of people are complaining about the same thing. My scenario however may be because I have a brand New PC build using AMD processors.

Windows is like a lot of operating systems, they are pushed to the edge of stability for the sake of performance, It's been the same since I first started supporting them professionally with Windows 3.1.1
The problem with pushing them to the edge is that a slight weakness or mis-setup can cause systems to fail, so systems are designed to reboot rather than risk hardware damage. I think that the link lists a good number off the main possibilities but others obviously exist .
