a) Numerous Livekernelevents: predominantly watchdog, and a few usbxhci
b) recent unexpected shutdowns and restarts
The previous system shutdown at 14:50:27 on ?07/?04/?2022 was unexpected.
The previous system shutdown at 19:50:16 on ?05/?04/?2022 was unexpected.
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first.
This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.


I've not seen any new BSOD.



2) Report any manual "power offs".
(date and time)


3) run:
Get_Powercfg_info.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.


4) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

powercfg /query

Post images or share links into this thread.


5) Search for:
C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports\WATCHDOG
C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports\USBXHCI


6) Download and install:

a) In the left upper corner above analyze click on tools > crash dump test > type: ACCEPT

b) Click analyze > look for dead or deaddead in the results > post the results into this thread


7) Post another V2.


8) Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:
PowerShell $D=(New-Object -ComObject Wscript.Shell).SpecialFolders(4);Compress-Archive "%WinDir%\MEMORY.DMP" "$D\Memory_dmp"

Post the memory dump as a separate share link.

My advice to you (and I'm sure the experts will also agree with me) is that you first disable hibernate mode by following the eleven forum instructions found HERE.

Once you've disabled hibernate mode, see how your pc runs for a while. Depending on how often it crashed previously, I suggest you then wait for a while more than the usual time to see if it happens again.

Hope this should fix your problems, but do keep us posted.

If it's not hibernate mode causing the problems, then I suggest that you follow the instructions that @philc43 and @zbook gave to me, i.e. post a V2 log for them to investigate further. Also provide a very detailed breakdown on when the issue exactly occurs, for example is it during the boot process, or once signed-in or when it sleeps/wakes up? This will help them narrow down the problem down for you.

For me though the problem is solved for now, so it might be worth starting a new thread.
