Yes, you can install your Windows from your BIOS with the media you created IF you created it successfully. NO. There is no option to download in the SSD that you want Windows on if you want to install Windows on that SSD. Your media should be on a separate drive such as a USB stick, flash drive, or DVD. In your picture that would be Drive D. It looks to me like you have a partial installation with a Windows recovery partition on SYSTEM (F). You cannot use this to recover your operating system on drive H because there is no operating system on that drive to recover. The drive you want to boot to from your BIOS is drive D. This is your media that you need to install on drive H. I also recommend deleting all the partitions on your SSD and formatting the SSD, marking it "new" with your media creation tool BEFORE installing Windows.
