Simply put, every time I connect to my phone while my headset is connected, its audio starts to stutter/cut off every few seconds.

I've tried reinstalling Bluetooth drivers, changing Wi-Fi's band to 5ghz, restarting my PC/phone, disabling audio enhancements and running the Bluetooth issues troubleshooter. Nothing worked.

Your help is appreciated.

You did not say how you were connecting your computer to your phone.
- With the phone as a device on your home network connected by WiFi to it?
- Direct connection between the computer & the phone's WiFi hotspot?
- Another way?

Bluetooth is 2.4GHz so the potential for interference between it and WiFi always exists.

You might usefully check the other local networks. If there are lots using the WiFi channel you use or ones adjacent to it then that could account for poor operating performance.
- I monitor WiFi networks using NirSoft's WiFiInfoView

Best of luck,
Denis

Thank you for replying, I have done all of your instructions.

1) Power Diagnostics result:

Device Diagnostics result: (Driver Updates were enabled and there was a Bluetooth driver update which I already installed)

Audio Playback Diagnostics result:

Didn't take a screenshot of Windows Update diagnostics but it didn't really have any issues.

2) The tuneup batch file is attached to this post.

3) Device Manager didn't report any missing/broken drivers.

I use my phone as a mobile hotspot (Wi-Fi hotspot). My laptop connects to my phone's hotspot. My laptop has my phone and a Bluetooth headset connected paired to it via Bluetooth.

I changed my phone's hotspot band to 5Ghz which seems to have fixed the issue. Thank you.
