I made a change at command prompts and powershell language. Try the new one.
I opened e.g the application-events.txt and it looks is at English :

I uninstalled Norton. But i cant run windows update right now cause of this :

I already have minitool pw. It not let me change the size of EFI.
Any other way ?
Show disk image of partitions from minitool. I am 99.9% certain you cannot rersize it due to the hidden MSR partition.

Once we understand your partition layout in detail (as I asked), we can show you how to resize it.

Your own error message refer to issues updating system reserved partition.

That is exactly what I am trying to focus on.

In my experience that error is usually down to the EFI partition not being standard.

If my advice does not work, then we have eliminated one reason.

Now i get the initial error : "We couldn’t update system reserved partition”.

5) Disconnect non-essential devices: HP laser printer, docking station, attached keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc.




6) Place the laptop into clean boot





7) Perform an in place upgrade repair using the desktop iso

Might be short of space your screenie says about 14mb free. Have a look and see if there is anything you can get rid of

plenty of room in my esp, it is 300mb with 40mb used.

Also between steps 6) and 7) disconnect from the Internet.

Make sure that both Ethernet and Wifi are disconnected during the in place upgrade repair.
