It was suggested i make a new thread.. So the issue (on my X30L-J) is that computer does NOT go to sleep AT ALL as stated in title. When i go to power menu and choose sleep, screen turn off but it i wait about a minute or so, it'll turn back on. I was requested PowerCfg -a and result is S0, all other unavailable. I'm not sure what that means and how i can get it to sleep normally when i want it to..? I should mention is device manager the only uninstalled thing is related to WINDOWS HELLO, so definitely not related.

I urge you not to try to disable S0 Modern standby, or try any other major reconfigurations, until you have resolved the current behavioural problem.
Disabling S0 Modern standby will not necessarily work and will not necessarily result in S3 Sleep being enabled. I have even seen the attempt result in a crippled computer.

Interesting, you mean it wasn't possible to go backwards? Sounds surprising..
You do not have Sleep.
Please explain exactly what you do mean.
That made me laugh :p It's rather you that should explain what you mean by that..!

@KevTech suggestion won't work for you since your powercfg report says the only power state your uefi bios supports is S0 (ie: modern standby, ie: low power idle). This is normal for modern day laptops.
As @Try3 said, your laptop does not sleep (S3) in the same sense as what you have been accustomed to in the past. It goes into a low power saving state so that it wakes instantly, like a smart phone.

you mean it wasn't possible to go backwards
If your computer came with S0 Modern standby then it might not be possible to disable it.
- Trying to disable it might work & it might enable S3 Sleep.
- Trying to disable it might work but it might not enable S3 Sleep.
- Trying to disable it might cause PowerCfg -a results to make it look like S3 Sleep had been enabled but trying to use S3 Sleep might freeze the computer. I saw one case in which the frozen computer would not even respond to its power off button.
I have seen all these variations.

It's rather you that should explain what you mean by that..!
Your PowerCfg -a results stated that you do not have any sleep states.
S0 Modern standby is not a sleep state, it's a low power consumption state during which the computer keeps running.
- What are you doing to achieve what you expect to be a sleep state?
- What do you then experience? What do you see happening & not happening?
