custom LogonUI.exe, no sound

This can happen if you let Windows Update mess with your drivers. I suspect that your audio card's hardware IDs are similar to Realtek HD audio, but is a different brand. This makes Windows install Realtek drivers which make the device look OK in Device Manager but produce no sound. I have seen it before. Visit your motherboard (computer) manufacturer site and download the audio drivers directly from there. Make sure you uninstall any audio software from Settings, Apps, Installed Apps and restart before installing the official drivers.

PS: You said you are using your PC as media player, probably connected to your TV via HDMI. In that case the sound should come out of the TV, so make sure the default audio output is HDMI audio. Click on the speaker icon near the clock and click on the up arrow top right to expand all available audio outputs. Click on HDMI audio to make sure the audio is send to the HDMI cable and out of your TV speakers. If you accidentally changed that to Realtek Speakers, then you should use external speakers connected at your PC! Common mistake, did that too. Also make sure Kodi has the same audio output.

In laptops there is a key combination to enable/disable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Probably you can use a third-party utility to create your own key combination to toggle Wi-Fi on and off or just leave them always enabled. I realize you have to set a specific wireless network and connect to a specific Bluetooth speaker. That's not too bad since normally you would use only one wireless connection and a specific Bluetooth speaker. I am not sure if you can configure a custom key combination to open Settings and choose another network or Bluetooth device. By default the key combination WIN+X displays a list with tools from where you can select Settings. Alternatively, you can connect all the wireless networks in advance and let Windows automatically connect to the one in range every time. Similarly for Bluetooth devices. Pair all those that you need in advance and then Windows should automatically connect to the speaker in range. You could use the Bluetooth on/off custom key combination if the device doesn't connect automatically. By power cycling the Bluetooth receiver you make it connect to the first paired device in range. I have a cheap Bluetooth USB dongle that rarely connects automatically to my Bluetooth earphones. I have to disable/enable Bluetooth to detect it and connect.

Why you are using Guest mode or anything special? Why don't you just load Windows normally, login to your account and then run Kodi? You could either remove the password or configure Windows to login automatically. Then make Kodi load at startup. It should take a few more seconds, so what? You just switch it on once, wait a little and then it is ready to use. Are you going to switch it off/on all the time? I also have a hybrid tablet/laptop Fujitsu Stylistic Q702 that I connect to the TV to watch movies.
