There's a free program called Recuva, that "may" be able to get the deleted user folder back... for you.

Get this free program. It can maybe "recover" your user folder.
Download dit gratis programma. Het kan mogelijk uw gebruikersmap terughalen.
Het is een programma voor het "herstellen" van verloren bestanden of mappen.
Het zal waarschijnlijk makkelijker zijn om gewoon Windows 11 opnieuw te installeren
Met een schone installatie van Windows 11 verliest u uw documenten en downloads, enz.
Dit is een Engels forum. Het is "misschien" mogelijk om uw gebruikersmap te herstellen, maar uitleggen hoe u dit moet doen... is waarschijnlijk teveel voor de vertaler.
U moet inloggen op het ingebouwde beheerdersaccount en vanaf daar het Recuva-programma uitvoeren.
Als het verborgen beheerdersaccount is uitgeschakeld... heeft u misschien pech als er geen andere accounts op die computer zijn.

I said he should probably just reinstall Windows 11. Explaining how to recover the user folder, is probably too much for the translator.
You need to log on to the built in Administrator account, and run the Recuva program from there.
If the hidden Administrator account is disabled... you might be out of luck if there are no other accounts on that computer.
