Easy folder question

Sorry, I don't know the lingo.
W11 - Explorer
The left colum contains "desktop" folder with subfolders including "Home, "Documents," "Downloads," . . .
I would like to save spac on my C:/ drive by moving "Downloads," "Pictures," "Music" to another HD. Can I do that, and if so, How?

User folders can all be relocated.
