I have seen some amazing videos of the game to come, but now there are some interactive downloads.

What I have seen is stunning, especially the technical spaces, as I am a recently-retired cruise ship chief engineer.

It does look interesting. I might give it a try when I get finished with Fallout 4.

I tried six times to download the demo 3 and it would fail after about 500MB. So I downloaded the demo 4.1 which took two hours. It was a success but then I found my laptop could not run it even on the lowest settings - bummer! My integrated video was the main culprit. I gave up playing games when my acne cleared up and chased wimmin instead. But I would like to try the 'walk through'.

This is truly an amazing experience. The details make you feel as if you are truly walking the staircase toward first class.
It is a bit bittersweet as you know what is going to happen to such a beautiful ship.
I have just been walking around in awe of it all. It is not a game, more like going back in time so far.
Thank you for sharing @kelper !

I'd not heard of this Titanic demo before but I tried it. Downloaded & installed ok. My system has no graphics card; I drive 2 monitors off the i5's internal graphics using the latest Intel graphics driver. I got the demo to work OK, but the frame rate was about 2 or 3/second. I reduced the graphics detail 1 notch, but that didn't seem to affect the frame rate.

I was able to tour 1st, 2nd, 3rd class decks and 1 3rd class cabin. There's a huge amount of detail in the app - they've got bolt heads where they should be, very realistic wood graining, and all the little part/pieces you'd expect to see on ships of that era.

While moving around on the 2nd class deck I apparently fell into the ocean through a hole in the ship and drowned. So I deleted everything and will try again in a couple of months.
