what is even stranger is that I have not had any issues with any Bluetooth. I don't want to ignore it because one day I will and have to do all this anyway.

Nothing was resolved so far in your case from what I see,
I suggested windows 10 driver after confirming you tried Windows 11 because I want to remove possibility of error on your side.
Often time the issue is not with computer but not following instructions exactly or doing things wrong, so this must be handled as well :-)

when I said "resolved" I meant I no longer have BCM20702A0 in other devices with the yellow triangle. the problem just moved to the Bluetooth where it wasn't prior to fixing the other devices error

yes but didn't know which file to download
No worries.
You might have to reinstall an older driver via the device’s entry within device manager if it doesn’t show then check under View>Show hidden devices.
Right click device.
Choose update driver.
Choose ‘browse my computer for drivers’.
Choose ‘let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer’.
Choose the compatible hardware from the list, then choose next.
Choose one of the older drivers from the list shown, then click next.
This will then reinstall the driver.

Just tried that, the only driver in the list was Broadcom 4.0 ( not full name) and I got this.

Then I’d say it isn’t compatible or there’s a problem recognising the installed driver. Does Bluetooth work? If yes then the driver is working.

Trying drivers from update catalog as suggested by Bastet,
if you didn't tell us you didn't know which one to download other people reading the thread would assume that you have tried them and would skip that part which might as well work.

So you should certainly try them all.
