********* I upgraded to Windows 11 but had this issue in Windows 10 *************

I noticed this several days ago in device manager that a driver had the yellow triangle.
control panel.jpg
I've been working with people in the MSI forums but no success yet so I thought I would post here as well. I was told that it is clearly a Bluetooth driver that MSI can't find. I was given a link to MSI to download the driver which I did do. At first I got options to repair or uninstall so I chose repair, that didn't work. I ran "Intel Bluetooth.msi" again and this time I chose uninstall then ran it one more time and installed it. It still "Now in Windows 11" save driver unavailable.

Hoping someone here might have an idea how I can fix this driver issue. Once again this has nothing to do with the upgrade to Windows 11 it was an issue in Windows 10 before I upgraded.
Thanks in advance

I tried what BOTH of you posted and I get a file called 200033618_94cfea9130b30c04bc602cd3dcc1f9a793fc75bb.cab there is not broadband 4.0 driver I can find in that file?

Can someone explain how you updated the driver using this downloaded file?

Right click problem device in device manager, select "update driver" followed by "Browser my computer for drovers" then locate directory in which the *.cab file is located.

If this doesn't work, use 7-zip to extract the *.cab file and run driver executable in it.

If this doesn't work, use 7-zip to extract the *.cab file and run driver executable in it.
The browse to folder doesn't work, when I try to extract I get a warning that the files might be harmful to my computer do I want to open? doesn't say extract. I was using this method to extract and obviously didn't work. When I get a warning I listen to it and do not continue

  1. Open file explorer, after that browse to the folder with the CAB file.
  2. Double-click the file & select all the contents using the "Ctrl + A" command.
  3. Right-click on that selection and click "Extract".
  4. In the destination, select the folder to extract files.
  5. Click the extract button & extract the CAB file destination

You have downloaded the *.cab file from Microsoft therefore you can safely ignore the warning saying it would do harm

Scrap my previous steps, here is tutorial which shows how to install it:

I looked at the tutorial and I trust anything from brink however, When I try to install from context menu, I right click on the cab file and I get no "Install" also if I select all files in cab and right click to extract I only get open. So none of these are working for me. I don't want to do it with command prompt or shell.

Context menu to install cab file does not exits on windows by default, the tutorial instructs you to another tutorial to create the "Install" menu first.
So if you don't want to create the menu then you need to use the console.

And the 3rd option (one I shared initially with 7-zip) is to use device manager to locate extracted cab archive.
Right click cab archive and from context menu select "7-zip -> Extract archive..."
Once extracted use "update driver" and then browse to extracted folder.

Note that there is no installer in the cab file, you'll only find the *.sys file which is the actual driver so device manager should be able to pick it up.

No I didn't have 7-Zip installed so I installed it, then it wasn't on my right click menu but I clicked more options and it was there. I did what you said and it did remove the BCM20702A0 from other devices. However, now I have the same issue with Bluetooth. I tried to update the driver and I got the message below. first to show what the Bluetooth shows and then the message.
