Bluetooth Command line tools have been very favourably commented on for removing Bluetooth devices.
- I have not seen them applied to Windows 11 before but I would not expect them to behave any differently.
- You could be cautious and make a new system image first.
xzions link to Bluetooth command line tools - TenForums
Remove just one Bluetooth device - DrNefario #83 - TenForums

When I used the tools in Windows 10, I just removed everything for simplicity and accepted that that meant I had to re-pair the things I wanted. DrNefario [above] was more precise than me.
This command is just one of the commands in the toolset but it's the only one I have used.
btpair -u

Apart from that one occasion, I've been able to remove unwanted Bluetooth devices in Control panel, Devices & printers.

Best of luck,
Denis

You should be able to remove them under device manager.

Which user intreface ?? As with anything Windows, if there's one way of doing something, then there will be others. You will need to explain the (unsuccessful) steps you've taken

EDIT If they/it keeps coming back, you might try turning off the swift pair option.

EDIT 2 : Was there any proprietary software installed for/with the headset ?

That really does need an introduction with some explanatory words if the OP is to be helped by it.

I've just tried your script several times and it has had no effect.
- I've tried as an Admin as well as as a std user.

All the best,
Denis

Well, I tried everything and it came back again. I even tried deleting it from Registry (I hope?) and still it came back. It tells it is Paired and I yet sold the item some months ago. Oh well, it doesn't really matter. Thanks all the same.

I hope you made a backup so you could reverse that Registry change [whatever it was].
If the device did not appear, as discussed above, in Devices & printers [from where it could have been deleted] then the Bluetooth command line tools should have been able to delete it but you have not commented on either of those suggestions.
I don't know if you tried them before fiddling with the Registry.

Did you... ?

This was the old Control Panel > Devices and Printers window.
Maybe it has... more power. :-)

You could also try Disabling the Bluetooth "Services". That should stop it.
