I don't have that one. I was using TaskbarX and ExplorerPatch. I think that TaskbarX left behind some registry changes even though I uninstalled it.@shmu26
If you have TranslucentTB installed... remove that.
TranslucentTB makes the Taskbar clear.
You should be able to right click it, in the START Menu and choose: uninstall
If that doesn't work... REVO Uninstaller (free) will remove it. (it will be in the Windows Apps section)

So it turns out that TaskbarX adds itself into Rainmeter, and needs to be deleted also from there. Mission Accomplished.Well, REVO will search for leftovers in the registry during an uninstall.
So maybe reinstall TaskbarX and then use REVO to uninstall it, and do the... scan for leftovers.
