HP Laptop stuck on BIOS update

Please find a bootable flash drive with free space and a working Windows computer.

Download to the bootable flash drive: HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI – v10.6.0.0



Power on the problematic computer and repetitively click F9 > boot to the flash drive > select HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI > system > extensive > take pictures > post images or share links displaying the tests performed with results

If there are no hardware problems using the latest HP UEFI Hardware diagnostics then plan BIOS recovery as needed.

They can’t get anywhere near a BIOS or functionality. Which they have stated.

“Bricked”

Twice, the BIOS update was interrupted by the user who shutdown because it froze…
