Before I messed up the BIOS I was getting blue screens and boot loops, and I ran the built in HP troubleshooter, and it said all the hardware passed except for the battery which just said it needed calibration. I had no issues with its runtime though.
Please find a bootable flash drive with free space and a working Windows computer.
Download to the bootable flash drive: HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI – v10.6.0.0
Power on the problematic computer and repetitively click F9 > boot to the flash drive > select HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI > system > extensive > take pictures > post images or share links displaying the tests performed with results
