Hi,

Samsung Gallery app (android) has this feature where it can detect text and make it selectable. Allowing the user to copy the data.

So, is there such an equivalent software on Windows?

Hopefully something freeware.

We're using this DMS/scanning software in the office and it also has a "Scan to Word" function which might be what you're looking for. A free trial is available. It also offers OCR, automatic routing, Cloud-sharing, etc. - all super-important aspects if you're dealing with dozens of PDFs in a day like me :)
