Thanks, looks good to me and SFCFix is very old now and not all of the features work correctly.

Originally, it would run AutoAnalysis:: and then attempt to make automatic repairs based on registry information stored in a private database hosted at Sysnative. That server has long been deprecated and it doesn't connect to anything.

I would attempt to install that problematic update again, and then if it gets offered to you again, upload the CBS and persist logs like you did before.

See attached zip file. I could not copy or zip down the Components file, seems to be a permission issue?

Yep, I've got this issue too in last few days. I came here to find a fix but there doesn't seem to be one. I've tried all the reported fixes. Looks like I'll have to wait for Microsoft to fix it.

OK, it's now fixed. I just run the Windows Update troubleshooter (System/Troubleshoot/Other trouble-shooters/Windows Update - click on Run). It found 1 issue and asked me if I wanted to fix it. I clicked YES.

I then did another search for Windows Updates and Update for Windows Security platform antimalware platform - KB5007651 (Version 1.0.2402.27001) came up again and installed. So I assumed it had not fixed it. But checking again 5 mins later and it does not come up anymore. Tried 7 or 8 times now and it doesn't come up. So, tis fixed for me! (y)

You must download and install the update directly from Microsoft Catalog
(The first one with the update ID aed89f0e-d073-42e4-b81b-c7571e5fb24b).
This should resolve the issue

You can use Update Manager for Windows (WuMgr) app to manage and hide updates.
In this video, i will demonstrate how to use Update Manager for Windows (WuMgr) app to install selective updates, hide them so they won’t be installed, or remove any previously installed Windows update easily.
To obtain the portable version, open the WuMgr GitHub page and click on the latest version available on the right side of the page.

I went here and used this command in PowerShell (admin) to manually install this update. This fixed the issue for me:

Code:
Get-AppPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI

I've tried everything, but nothing works. It keeps popping up and "installing" at every WU...
even the PowerShell suggestion no longer works and the link MS provides is no longer available.
