The same installation issue that I experienced on KB5016629 is now on KB5016691 which just came out few days back. The issue is that the installation goes up to 30% and then after restart the spinning dot goes on forever with no end. I assumed they would have resolved installation problem with this new cumulative update but apparently not. The last cumulative update that worked without any issue was KB5015882. It installs fine on another Win 11 Laptop that I have, but for some reason it's not working on my desktop and I can't pinpoint the problem.
