Link to phone/windows not working correctly, any ideas?

My phone link is not working correctly, I am missing messages constantly and half of them show up minutes and tens of minutes late. Any ideas how to fix this?

Here is what I use instead but it's only for Android phones. MyPhoneExplorer. It's so good I paid for it but I don't know if it does what you want it to do. It's free to use but you do get asked to contribute (£10, I think) but at least you can try it out for nothing. Here is a photo of its front end UI, where you can see my phone is connected via Wi-Fi so transfers and connections are fast and reliable. I've been using it for the last 4 years and it's proved reliable.

I have messages on the web set up and it works perfect. No waiting, no stalled notifications. etc.

Phone link, another in a long line of things microsoft had going for it, and they just screwed and ruined it. They are making it really difficult to stay on windows. that's for sure. The only thing keeping me here right now is affinity suite.

For android users: I have used Goggle Messages on my Samsung Notes and Ultra's for years along with messages for Chrome. That combination works great, no problems.
