no user, no pass, no key for Eset - completely lost.
install was 2y ago( lic for 5 pc, remains 3y).
I often use this analogy when users are reluctant to do a (necessary) clean install, in similar circumstances with your Eset license ... what would your alternative be if it was, for example, a failed drive? Probably none but to accept the losses and treat it as a lesson learnt.

Gonna be very interesting when you post the results of Zbook requests
Never known System config to show the wrong OS, as in your screenshot post #14
would explain why you "lost" your W10.old
As was mentioned before your CPU is not supported, if you did not perform the tweeks on the ISO, the system would have rolled back

1. No errors / events during and after upgrade
2. Before installing win11 i changed in bios from non-UEFI to UEFI secured
3. In REVO no errors, but some programs stuck(freezes) during uninstall. Also any msi file cannot run(example: E86.40_CheckPointVPN.msi) - just a brief message that file is starting... or something like that.
4. PowerChute uninstalled from system\apps
5. Laplink - not yet
6. 7.6.22 - Google Drive

P.S:
Yesterday, I did once again repair install from running win, to test "Were there error messages or codes?"
Every restart I got: "Closing ... apps and restarting", even when only Task Manger is running
Autocad not working due to not updated lic file(AdskLicensing-installer.exe), that also couldn't be run

The tuneup plus results were normal.

The logs started 06/07 and ended 06/07.

The Windows Error Reporting (WER) were missing.
These are useful for troubleshooting.
They were likely missing due to the recent in place upgrade repair.
If there is any cleaning software in use please make sure that they are not manually deleted.

In three to five days, to allow WER to accumulate, rerun the V2 log collector and post a share link into the newest post.

There was one unexpected shutdown and restart.
This appears related to a failure of Windows fast startup followed by a manual restart.
Please turn off Windows fast startup:

Code:
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first.

This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

The previous system shutdown at 6:34:12 on ‎07/‎06/‎2022 was unexpected.

Windows failed fast startup with error status 0xC00000D4.

1. Checked for virus/roots/etc.. with Kaspersky (ISO BOOT), Malwarebytes, Eset - Registry, system - clean(found some stand alone files - False-Positive).
2. Some programs can be installed and uninstalled without any issue (Malwarebytes), some of them cannot be opened (like: MediaCreationTool, eset_nod32_antivirus_live_installer), and the most stuck in the begging(examples: Office update, NVIDIA drivers, Intel drivers,TeamViewer and Laplink)

You deleted partitions on 2 hard drives? I have never deleted any partition that I didn't mean to delete so I cannot give personal knowledge of recovering one myself. . There are 2 methods, using software of from the cmd line. Though most software is not free, it would probably be your better option. DO not write anything to the disks in the meantime. See if this will help.

My Minitool has the feature, though I do not think is it in the free version. Best Partition Recovery Software for Windows 10/8.1/7

Easeus is another option. 2 Ways to Restore Lost or Deleted Hard Disk Partition in Windows 10/8/7 - EaseUS

Though I don't recommend it you can use the cmd line How to Recover Deleted Partitions Using CMD Efficiently?

Which suggests you had 2 drives connected during this process ..... NEVER !!!! Only ever have the target OS drive connected. Disconnect/detach/remove all other drives to avoid similar occurrences.

Additionally, your installation of the OS may be compromised because some Windows (system) components may have been installed on the non-target OS drive (Windows has been known to do that, unbeknownst to the user). Remove that other drive ... no OS

Which partitions were deleted and on which disk drive.

06/07: Partitions 5
06/09: Partitions 6

What type of partitions were they?
a) data
b) recovery
c) etc.

There was one additional partition on 06/09 compared to 06/07:
Partition Disk #2, Partition #3
Partition Size 641.00 MB (672,137,216 bytes)

It appears to be an additional recovery partition.

Please post an image of disk management:

After post #34 (reported clean install and accidental deletion of partitions) the crash dump settings were modified.

There were several BSOD on 06/08.

There were no BSOD reported so far on 06/09.

Yes, It's me: "Little wit in the head makes much work for the feet.".
One disk completely restored by EaseUS Partition Master
The worst script in reality: Windows installed to the one of the DATA disks. (Already transfer system to disk 0, the right one) The problem disk1 12TB.
So, how restore DATA with original names. All my projects, family pics, backups... (the second, that were restored wife backups and projects)

Windows installed to the one of the DATA disks.
Let me get this straight, you basically installed windows onto the wrong disk. If that's right, it is my understanding that when windows is installed , it formats the space, then uses as much of the space as it needs for the install.

Keep in mind though, that all the files, or any part of them, that were in the space Windows is using would definitely not be recoverable as they have been overwritten.

You may have heard of defragmentation (defrag). When files are originally written to a disk, the data is not written into contiguous disk blocks (one block after the other). In other words, fragments of the files are written in multiple places on the partition. If you had not defragged that disk recently, fragments of those files were all over the place, including the disk space that Windows now occupies.

Unless recovery software can find all the fragments, it can not put them together for a file that is readable. Possibly some files are complete so you might give this a try. Free Download Data Recovery Software of 2022 for File Recovery - EaseUS® Data Recovery Wizard Free
Here's its claim. It serves 100+ real-life data loss scenarios like deletion, formatting, RAW, etc. with a higher success rate than others.
But don't get your hopes up.
