my radar will not zoom with the mouse

ok today 5-22-25 i got that revo and uninstalled myradar and the went to my radar and reinstalled and it still does the same thing. i have something going on in that pc that is messing with the mouse ability to zoom with the wheel with just that app. ic can zoom in explore and when i open photos and some other apps but not myradar. it is driving me nuts. i may for the heck of it just try one time with the esd drive and restore win10 and see if myradar zooms just to make sure i remember correctly. but i will wait until maybe noon to give some helpers her tie to get me other trick to try. it it fails after that then something in the bios is messing with that app. 4 mouses and the same 4 other pcs zoom with the mouse wheel and the touch pad the pc in question zooms with the touchpad but not the mouse wheel with any mouse.

Go to Windows settings, Bluetooth & devices - mouse. If "Scroll inactive windows when hovering over them" is turned off, then try turning on and rebooting.

HIP HIP HORRAY THAT DID IT THANKS THANKS THANKS1 i tried that before and it did not work. so maybe doing a reset fixed that part and then allowed me to get it to work on myradar. wow go figure.
