New MSI G-Sync Computer Display!

I just unboxed my MSI Optix G273 - it has two HDMI inputs - and I plan on using both - one for my Dell refurbished i7 desktop (which will be equipped with an nVidia G-Sync 4K-capable GPU) while the other will host an Amazon Fire Stick 4K. My question is about the Fire Stick 4K - can it be configured to use the full 3820x2160 capabilities - as opposed to the 1920x1080 defaults?
