I still don’t understand which version, are you saying both versions, Edwin?I think he's referring to the no pst support..., that's the entry that is link-highlighted when I click on his link, anyway...

For irrelevant reasons I had to clean reinstall Office 365 which obviously included Outlook.
This is the bane of multiple forums across the internet, through no fault of the unknowing and/or inexperienced user.Could you please clarify eaxactly which Outlook you are referring to? So far you have mentioned two different versions. Outlook for Windows and Outlook in Offce 365.
I am beginning to feel like a newby here, all because of Microsoft's naming policy and the general use of the word App for what used to be referred to as programs or software.
As I think I have said elsewhere in this thread, I am using what MS says is Outlook (New) and was downloaded automatically as part of my Office subscription to my desktop computer. This is the Home screen.
I'm getting too old for this.
There is a new Outlook App that is taking the place of Mail/Calendar/People for Windows. It has a try the new Outlook toggle top right. It is independent of Office 365.I am beginning to feel like a newby here, all because of Microsoft's naming policy
Not confusing at allI've got 3 running now...

... web, Office and the New...
somebody with O365 try the New, I'd be curious to know if it's different!
Go look at post #12. My experience.somebody with O365 try the New, I'd be curious to know if it's different!
Will it open as Classic Outlook?A search of C: found this

There is also the Outlook that is in the Office suite (Office 365) that also had a toggle top right to try the new Outlook, that is the New Outlook for Office 365, which is different from the App taking place of Windows Mail... But from what you have said, you are no longer getting the option in 365, it is just defaulting to the new version of Outlook in Office 365
I know, it’s as clear as mud.
It isn’t your fault and I am just a grumpy because I am letting my health issues get in the way of my understanding and being helpful. My apologies.
That looks to me to be Outlook from Office 365, @Sigurd
