Yes, I now have version 6.41 using the official link.
An addition to my post #226: "I found a workaround: Disable Smart App Control, create the CCleaner shortcut on the desktop, and then re-enable Smart App Control."
If that doesn't work, restart your computer after disabling Smart App Control. Remember to delete the CCleaner shortcut first.
