Same here. No version later than 2605.14 on MS Store for me either. I'm not downloading it from anywhere else either.

This being said, MSI Center for instance is currently on 2.0.72.0 on the MSI website, but on MSI Store, it's still on the previous version. Indeed there are a few more examples of this, so I'm guessing it takes MS Store a little while to catch up with whatever has been released elsewhere.

As a die-hard conservative, I read your posts and know what I’m talking about. I’ve been using PCs for over 30 years and I still faithfully use: MUSIC – Winamp, VIDEO – BS.Player PRO. Well, "you can’t teach an old dog new tricks." :coffee:

O.T here to the original question - but IMHO what's the point of using Any Microsoft media player when the Free VLC player will play almost every known audio and video codec on the planet.

It can also play DVD Isos (if commercial ones then rip to iso removing encryption - AnyDVD (now finished but you can still find it on various Internet archives archives -- old DVD's work just fine with it) which has built in libdvdcss and regional bypass is a good tool there, and VLC can also act as video server and media format converter too. !! - A bit more complex but fine. VLC also has lots of audio and video settings too for best picture / audio playback.
