Slightly off topic but how did you configure that hyperlink to go to the specific section in hand?
I've been thinking about how to do that for awhile, now...
You can only go to a specific section of a web page if the author of the page has created those sections. That will typically include some way on the page to access those sections, although strictly speaking, that isn't required. However, the average end user won't be able to ascertain that the page has indexed sections unless the author has created links to them.
More simply, look at the page that was linked above: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Notepad%2B%2B (Please ignore the funking coding at the end... that's there to handle the ++ characters in a URL and is beyond our scope here).
Near the top of that page, there's a "Contents" drop down. Click on that to drop it down and you headings for various sections of the page. You can click on any of those to go to that section of the web page. Those are actually "normal" web links that would typically take you to another web page or site. Instead, the author of this page (behind the scenes) has inserted an "anchor" tag named "History" down where the History section is.
If you are on the page already (i.e. you're on the Notebook++ page in Wikipedia) and you click that link, the link just scrolls the page to the History section. If you are not on the page already (i.e. you're on this page looking at @cheaterslick 's post), then it takes you to the page and autoscrolls you to that section when you get there.
Again, you can't see that anchor. But it's back there in the coding. Likewise, there's another one back there for "Features", "Political Messaging", "References", etc. So there's a link at the top that links to the anchor further down the web page.
There is a way to see the anchor through a back door: If you just point your mouse at the "History" link (or any other web link), it appears in the lower left corner of your browser in the status bar. So if you point at the History link, you see

In other words, if the author of a web page did not include the behind-the-scenes anchors, and end user cannot make up direct links to detailed sections of the page.
I will add that this is actually Wikipedia, which adds a twist: Wikipedia has it's own markup language behind the scenes which Editors can "code" in... and it creates the actual HTML anchors for the Editor. But the concept is the same. Behind this page, there is an anchor named "History".
