Suddenly I am not able to print with my HP 9120e. I get the print dialog box and the printer is the default. When I click 'print' there is no error message on the printer, but I get a notification: 1776033047770.webp. I have the latest firmware and I just downloaded and installed the latest drivers. It doesn't matter which program I try to print from. Device Manager says the printer is connected and working.

I would try a power recycle of both of them if you haven't already. I have a HP Color Laserjet and that usually fixes most problems.

Also try printing something that isn't a pdf like a test print.

I have power cycled both the printer and computer multiple times with no change. I have also tried printing different document types (word, PPT, PDF) but it made no difference. I just restarted the print spooler but that didn't change it either.
