I have a specialty program that doesn't want to open maximized. (If you're curious, it displays the results of dynomometer tests of automotive shock absorbers - dampers to UK folks.) I usually start it from a shortcut in the Taskbar, but have also tried starting it from the list in the Start Menu and by double-clicking the exe itself. Same result from any method - it won't open maximized.
I've edited properties for the shortcut and set it to start maximized. Nope. I've also maximized it after it started, then closed it with both \File\Exit and with Ctrl-click the big "X". Also nope.
This is far from the biggest worry in my life, but it's like a dripping faucet, since I use it regularly. Is there anything else that I can try?
