Dear all,

First of all, please forgive me for my English. It is not my native language.

Please allow me to describe the issue that I've been facing for approx 1 week now:
- Random crash/freezes in different games (not a specific game).
- The screen will freeze, sound will continue. I cannot go to task manager, close game, do anything basically. There is never any BSOD.
- Only way is to hold the power button and restart.
- In some cases, PC will actually restart by itself out of nowhere.

Windows and all drivers are up to date. There were no recent changes to my system, drivers or new installations that could've started this issue. That is what bothers me the most. I've been using this system for a long time without any issues and suddenly this happens out of nowhere.

My temps during game are fine (never higher than 75C full load). In fact I've always underclocked to get the temps lower than that. Removed MSI Afterburner and underclock profile to see if this could've caused the issue, but no.

Things I've tried until this moment (without luck):
- Run sfc/ scannow. Nothing could be found.
- Run CheckHealth and Clean-up Image anyway.
- Checked the minidump folder and a friend of mine checked it out. There were 2 minidumps related to MSI Afterburner, hence why I removed it. But after removing the program crashes still happen.

Also checked the event viewer for errors after a crash. I really have no knowledge of any of this, so here are the errors:
1. Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-EventTracing, error code 3221225477.
2. SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization for WORKGROUP\DESKTOP-DKLRS7U$ failed, error code Not found (404). 0x80190194 (-2145844844 HTTP_E_STATUS_NOT_FOUND)

Thanks for your help guys!

I will try this.

However, do you recognize any of the error messages in the event viewer already? Perhaps this is already specific and clear error that you are familiar with?

You can use the Event ID to search google for the error message.
