I knew about it, my problem is I don't want to use it that way, I like the stock taskbar one rather than using StartAllBack it's own taskbar version [+ Windhawk doesn't like it and causes some weird glitches when using StartAllBack own version of taskbar]. I wouldn't have asked here in the first place but thank you! :)

It isn't the end of the world thing but I took a shot and hoped for the best. Classic Shell and Early Open-shell versions had this kind of option so I thought why StartAllBack wouldn't have the same feature? I just got gifted a StartAllBack key and I am having a blast and enjoying it.

Anyway, thanks for the info about official forums. Hopefully he is not harsh on me, all I am asking is "If possible" , that's all :)

I just wanted to be also on control or forcing it of the location of the start menu should show up rather than following Windows.

In other words, forcing it to align start menu to the left hand corner of screen.

I know what you are talking about. What I meant is I don't want to use StartAllBack it's own taskbar version. I don't want to use "Use enhanced classic taskbar". Since it uses Windows 10 code to override Windows 11 stock ones which I don't want. I would rather have the stock ones

This is what "classic" means... since it use Win10 ones which I don't want hence I keep it "Off"

I don't think it overwrites anything. I was always under the impression that SAB packs it's own set of dll's and just loads an alternative shell.

Oh No worries! It's my bad, I should have been more clearer.

Yeah, my options pretty much limited hence why I asked if it is possible to do it without using "Use enhanced classic taskbar".

Totally agree, it is like a hybrid thing hence the "enhanced" keyword but Windhawk doesn't like it at all and neither FluentFlyout.

All which unfortunately requires stock taskbar to play nicely.

Update.... just wanted to report back. I managed to do it! through Windhawk by knowing what line and values to change and editing :wink:

I can now enjoy stock taskbar with StartAllBack + Open-Shell + Windhawk mods + FluentFlyout + FluentMetro.

End results.... :star:

And with StartMenu :loveit:

Not a single one of them touches any system files as well, Thanks for at least trying to help guys, Sayonara ! :shawn:

Is it only me? After latest stable update, flyouts (volume for example) on taskbar sometimes dont work. I have to restart explorer for them to work.

Here's what I get from the Audio flyout...
Half of the flyout is hidden off screen.
Restarting Explorer corrects it.

My one system has been behaving in this regard since 01 December. But I did block the update on a 2nd system, so as to avoid the others the one system is experiencing.
The update did break my QTTabBar functionality, where tabs (and other features) aren't visible. I've since read it's related to UI bugs introduced by the recent update.

I am on insider build 26220.7271. Maybe is just that. I wonder if it behaves the same on stable build.

NONE of my PCs use insider builds and they all present this issue. Another thing I've noticed is sometimes the pop out will display at the bottom and then a subsequent opening will display it at the top where my taskbar is located.
