Stuck/Trapped in Advanced Startup

I remember turning my screen off and then coming back home to see a long loading screen. So I waited and then I'm stuck in the advanced startup...

I tried restarting my computer. I tried going right ahead. I tried using some other things but it still puts me back to advanced startup also, when I try to restart my PC It still happens. It doesn't even shut down my computer. It just says it wasn't able to reset my PC Even the startup repair doesn't work. Sometimes it tries to do the starter repair when it starts the computer, but it ends up saying that it doesn't work and then just puts me back in the advanced startup.

The only hope I have is using commands so Do you know any commands that would help me break the cycle?

What a shame that I don't have any system restores...

So here I am on my phone and watching TV :(

See if you can boot into Safe Mode. From the photo you posted select:

Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart

From the following screen select either 4 or 5.

can you get to command prompt through Troubleshoot (should be able to)? if so, run this and reboot to load safe mode:

Code:
bcdedit /set {current} safeboot minimal

reboot... should boot into safe mode. granted it does and your OS isnt corrupt, you can then just boot back to normal by exiting safe mode

I think it keeps Blue screening
yeah theres more of an underlying issue present.... easiest way to get to automatic startup repair to see if that will be able to fix it is hard power off the pc, turn it on and let it get to the POST screen, then hard off again. do that 3 times. the 4th boot after that should say "Starting Automatic Repair"

either Dell logo or ASUS or whatever your brand is, typically. if one doesnt show and it just goes to the windows flag with the loading circle below it, then that's your queue

Clear your CMOS. I’ve had to do it before. But you could try resting your BIOS to defaults, first
