It's apparently this one: Fox reported this to warn us of a recent scam fest:

A McAfee antivirus pop-up that appears on your computer screen is a scam using fear and panic to make you act quickly and surrender personal information.

I scanned with Malwarebytes and Avira, who seems to know about this mal-domain.

I opened up weather.com in Edge, because of issues I have with The Weather Channel web site.

IBM owns the web division of The Weather Channel.

Unfortunately, like an incident I had with WCAX's (news, Burlington, Vermont) web site, some years ago now, I got a scareware scam website pop-up.

I just went there, I didn’t experience it. Just clear you cache/cookies like it says in that article and see how you go.

The crackdown on ad blockers there, made me use what I consider lax settings on Edge!

Even the anti-malvertising, looks like an ad blocker!
