Unable To Upgrade 23H2 To 24H2 - 0x80004005 - 0x50016 Error

I am unable to upgrade 23H2 to 24H2. I have tried the solution but I keep getting the following error diag. Any tip(s) or guidance will be highly appreciated.

Error: 0x80004005 - 0x50016

- Boot from the Windows 11 installation USB flash drive.
- Press Shift+F10 to open command prompt or select "Repair my PC" > "Next" > "Troubleshoot" > "Command Prompt".
