I keep Mailspring which meets all the above requirements.
PS: I didn't check the Windows autostart option. I used the task scheduler with the "--background" argument. It starts faster without running update.exe.
Please show me?I used the task scheduler with the "--background" argument
No! Mailspring connects directly to your email provider’s IMAP and SMTP servers. Mailspring stores your email credentials securely in your system keychain or keyring, and does not send your email login information to any third parties, including our own servers. Mailspring fully supports VPNs and is compatible with workplace environments that require you not to share your email password with third parties.
In the future, we may add features that rely on having your email credentials in the cloud, such as cloud-based mail rules, snoozing or “send later”. If and when these features are added, they will always be opt-in, and Mailspring will explicitly ask for your permission before sending your email passwords anywhere.
Of course.
No.@Edwin have you tried it?
I use DOH, so it should not be even asking for DNS, unless badly programmed. Can you explain DNS
Outlook and BlueMail connect directly to Oath2 verified providers, you do not even have to enable an insecure POP/IMAP.and Oath2 please.
We removed the ability to use Basic authentication in Exchange Online for Exchange ActiveSync (EAS), POP, IMAP, Remote PowerShell, Exchange Web Services (EWS), Offline Address Book (OAB), Autodiscover, Outlook for Windows, and Outlook for Mac.
This decision requires customers to move from apps that use basic authentication to apps that use Modern authentication. Modern authentication (OAuth 2.0 token-based authorization) has many benefits and improvements that help mitigate the issues in basic authentication. For example, OAuth access tokens have a limited usable lifetime, and are specific to the applications and resources for which they are issued, so they cannot be reused. Enabling and enforcing multifactor authentication (MFA) is also simple with Modern authentication.
I’ve just realised that Mailspring doesn’t support POP3 accounts. As much as I am migrating most of my email to IMAP, I still have 35 domains to consider (please don’t judge me )

Working on itStuff that, consolidate as many as you can into a catch all inbox.
Forward to: seems to be the simplest. Redirect all mail to a single account, the TO: and From: stays intact.consolidate as many as you can into a catch all inbox
