I use explorer patcher, but sometimes, it appear that contacts instead of weather... ?
I want always the weather.

Off the top of my head, I'd probably try uninstalling explorer patcher, restarting a couple of times - see if everything is back to normal and then reinstall explorer patcher again - if you really think it's necessary. There are a number of tutorials on here to show how to tweak various Windows 11 settings to have it just as you want without having to install any extra addons.

I don't think it's a bug - more of a glitch or incompatibility between explorer patcher and something installed on Windows 11
