My laptop was manufactured in 2017 according the label on the back, and it meets the requirements for Windows 11.The TPM 2.0 specification was released in 2014, and the first Intel 8th gen processors were released on 5th October 2017. So PCs that are supported for Windows 11 could have first started appearing in 2018. Probably not many at first, but by 2020 there were plenty to choose from. My System One is a late 2020 model.
