Glad you got it working. For future reference, I performed an ‘in place upgrade repair’ (see ZBOOK’s link above). That fixed the problem much faster than a complete reinstall.

Using some sort of backup solution negates the need for ever again having to do any repair or reinstall. The only time I do a clean install is when a new version of Windows is released as I am a little OCD about upgrades carrying junk over into the new version. But that's just me and not the norm. I make a base image of the clean install, another after I get all my files and apps in place, then regular images thereafter. Just yesterday, operator error messed something up and I recovered my entire system in 12 minutes. It's the best insurance any computer user can have.
