Does it help if you choose Show more options/Send to.../Compressed folder?

Also, 7zip should have it's own set of right click options.

Does it help if you choose Show more options/Send to.../Compressed folder?

Yes, this works !! and I prefer to open with windows explorer

Either choose Show more options or use Shift+right click.
