Solved Windows 11 forces PIN login by default, will not allow choice for FACE

I had this problem, as others on the Internet also said, with no resolution. I was playing with Dynamic Lock as I was investigating this problem, as there was no choice to set a default, and Windows 11 changed this on me with no action of my own. When I tried to turn on Dynamic Lock, it said I couldn't because Bluetooth was off. I was surprised that it was off, and turned it back on. Once I turned Bluetooth on, Windows 11 started using FACE for login and access to passwords instead of PIN. My camera is not Bluetooth, it is USB. Go figure. Anyway, Hello by face recognition works again as the default choice. Hope this helps.
