Hello! I have a HP envy laptop that randomly stopped working and was requiring the bitlocker code to try and do anything, which I had, but ended up in a constant cycle of trying to do anything with my laptop, it failing, and sending me back to reenter the code. I couldn't wipe and reset the laptop without it failing either. I have taken it to a repair shop, where they manage to wipe and reinstall windows onto it. I have been advised to ensure windows is completely up to date before doing anything else on it now, however whenever I try to download and install the 23H2 KB5067112 update, it fails with error 0x800705b9. I have tried windows update trouble shooting and other things but this doesn't change the install error! any help on how to fix this will be greatly appreciated as the laptop is only 14 months old and I or anyone I've spoke to have no idea why this is happening, thank you!
