I see no mention of 24H1 even in the X (formerly known as Prince Twitter) post it is believed Dell have got it wrong:

Dell's XPS marketing and tech specs mention a "Windows 11 version 24H1".Don't get too excited, this can be a failure of communication at multiple points in the chain.Odds are this is just the "Moment 5" update or an update we don't know yet about.

In the articles linked to by Dell, they have removed references to 24H1.

MS have pretty much decided major updates would only be yearly so 24H1 will not exist.

That's what I had been seeing a few months back, also that Win10 Version 22H2 is its last but Build updates will continue until Oct. '25.
